Heritage Hills Heritage Village Avalon Farms Courtyard at Heritage Green

Work is progressing on the spectacular Ridge Crest site (Condo 22) which ultimately will include 89 units. The construction of Ridge Crest marks the beginning of the final phases of building. Plans indicate it will enhance the award-winning reputation of Heritage Hills.

“Excavation of storm water basins as well as tree cutting, roadwork and work on utilities has begun,” said Marc Brassard, vice president, Heritage Development Group and director of architecture and planning. The target date for completion of Ridge Crest is the fall of 2004. The first units should be ready for closing towards the end of 2003, Brassard said. Located in a hilly area off West Hill Drive, the Ridge Crest section is in the northernmost portion of the Heritage Hills acreage, just south of the Westchester/Putnam County line. The terrain is similar in nature to that of Condo 14. Thanks to its high elevation, Ridge Crest offers spectacular views of the forest to the northwest and of the neighboring fairway of the Heritage Hills Country Club.

Ridge Crest will be one of the larger neighborhoods at Heritage Hills. It will include 10 models: the Armonk, Colgate, Columbia, Harvard, Radcliffe, Sherman, Stanford, Stratford, Syracuse and Wellesley. Units will range in size from a 1,296 square-foot one-bedroom Radcliffe unit with a den and one-car garage to a 2,156 square-foot Columbia unit with three bedrooms, a library and a two-car garage. Besides Ridge Crest, two additional sections remain to be constructed, Condo 30 with 60 units, to be known as Plumbrook, and Condo 21, to be known as Valley View, with 52 units. Plum Brook is sited on a gentle rising slope with a peaceful winding stream and spring fed pond. Valley View is on a rising hillside surrounded by tall trees and stone walls and boasts views overlooking the valley and golf course. When the remaining sites are completed, all 1,100 acres of Heritage Hills will be completed and the overall concept of Heritage Hills will be fulfilled.
