| In December 2000, Heritage Development Group, Inc. introduced a trial program of seminars for new homeowners. To date, four sessions have been held for over 90 people in 40 units. The seminars were offered to establish communication channels with the development team, introduce homeowners to condominium living, discuss construction features and schedules, and answer questions about Heritage Hills of Westchester in general. |
